Pernod Ricard in Paris is offering a 6‑month Visual Image Assistant Intern role, starting January 2027, based at The Island in central Paris. You will collaborate with the Culture and Creative Center of Expertise to support image production for premium brands and coordinate shoots with international markets.

The ideal candidate has a degree in visual arts, strong Adobe Photoshop/InDesign skills, and experience with AI image tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in visual arts / art direction with notions of graphic design is mandatory.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools for image creation and enhancement.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in image production for brands and ensure seamless execution.
• Support photoshoot and videoproject management from pre- to post-production.
• Create moodboards and mood references; retouch images and generate AI-based references.
• Collaborate with agencies and creatives to synthesize feedback and manage retouching rounds.
• Address visual design requests from international markets and marketing teams.
• Archive and share visual assets across internal networks.

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Visual Image Assistant Intern for 6 months from January 2027. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your key missions:

The Culture and Creative Center of Expertise at Pernod Ricard is seeking a talented Visual Image Assistant Intern with a strong visual and creative background. This role, reporting to the Global Head of Creative Production, involves collaborating with international markets (UK, USA, China, France, Japan, Mexico, etc.) to enhance Pernod Ricard's global brand image through key projects:

• Image Production Facilitation: Assist in day-to-day activities related to image production for brands, ensuring seamless execution.
• Project Management Support (photoshoots, videoshoots) from pre-production to post-production and delivery. Participate in building visual reference decks/moodboards, retouch existing images for moodboards, and create inspirational image references using AI.
• Guidelines creation: Contribute to visual guidelines development through image reference searches, moodboard creation, retouching existing images, generating inspirational image references with AI, and ensuring graphic layout consistency.
• Creative Project Collaboration: Liaise with agencies and creatives to synthesize feedback, formulate debriefs, and monitor retouching rounds.
• International Market Support: Address visual design requests from international markets and marketing teams.
• Asset Management: Archive and share visual assets on the internal network, with internal and external partners.

Scope of work

• Photo & Video Production: Engage in the production of high-quality photo and video content.
• Image Guidelines Development: Contribute to the creation and diffusion of image guidelines.

Educational Background :

Degree in visual arts / art direction with notions of graphic design, or a related creative field is mandatory

Requirements and Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign (Illustrator is a plus)
• AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools for image creation and enhancement.
• Creative Passion: Strong interest in premium visual content (photo/video) and creative processes.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and quality execution.
• Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and proactivity.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in a creative agency, digital production, or art buying is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English.
