West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Specialist in Vision Inspection to support productivity and process control in our Le Nouvion-en-Thiérache site. You will troubleshoot vision systems and contribute to upstream process improvements using Lean Sigma tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of vision inspection experience, with knowledge of PLC/VBA programming and ISO/cGMP guidelines. Collaboration with a global team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in vision inspection or related field.
• Automation, PLC and VBA programming experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Modify and test machine vision systems and configurations.
• Troubleshoot vision system hardware, software and mechanics.
• Support current and future vision projects across teams.
• Apply lean manufacturing to reduce vision ejects and improve changeovers.
• Maintain project records and Gantt charts for vision initiatives.
• Adhere to West HSE, safety and quality policies.
