The role

Winncare Nordic is now recruiting a Management Controller to support both our business in Denmark (sales site with 28 colleagues) and Poland (production and sales site with 54 employees). The position is based in our office in Korsør, Denmark, with monthly travel to our office in Jasień, Poland.

We are looking for a person who wants to learn all the facets of the finance department through different projects and recurring monthly tasks. You will, among other things, be responsible for group reporting for our Polish business and support the local CEO with analysis and presentations for monthly reviews and business cases.

Tasks

• Monthly reporting to group
• Analysis of sales, cost, customer and products
• Preparation of presentations for monthly reviews
• Controlling of cost and CAPEX
• Prepare cashflow forecast
• Build and support cash generation initiatives
• Business support to both production and sales site
• Prepare business cases and simulations
• Drive improvement of internal processes
• Assist in the budget process
• Assist and support accountants (especially in the year end closing process)

• Experience with accounting and / or controlling from student jobs or similar.
• Have a good understanding of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

• You have good communication skills and can connect with other teams to understand the story behind their data and figures.
• You are open minded, have Intercultural skills and are curious.

Education & profile

Bachelor or master degree in Finance and Controlling (or other relevant education).
