A global leader in the beverage industry seeks a Business Analyst to support strategic growth and performance analysis across markets. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and has experience in business analytics within FMCG, especially the alcoholic beverages sector. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with fluency in English, Spanish, and French, are essential. This position is full-time and located in Paris, France.

The International Team is the bridge between Havana Club Brand Company and its distributors, Pernod Ricard Market. In this context the Business Analyst is at the heart of the business and works closely with Havana Club’s functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics) to deliver insightful analyses and provide critical information to the acceleration team, marketing, and top management regarding the brand’s performance across various markets.

Key Missions
DELIVER STRONG BUSINESS ANALYSIS TO KEY STAKEHOLDERS

Develop annual presentation of the rum market using internal and external tools (global trends by geography, price, segment, brands, competitive analysis, etc.).

Monitor and analyze the brand performance on a monthly (or quarterly) basis and provide Top Management with clear and regular reporting: sales in volume & value, prices, positioning & contribution margin, investments behind the brand.

Prepare and present updates to Havana Club CEO and the Cuban shareholder on latest market trends and brand performance.

Conduct ad‑hoc market analyses to support the business acceleration and marketing teams.

LEAD STRATEGIC INTERNAL PRESENTATIONS

Lead the preparation of the Export presentation for the monthly Havana Club Executive Committee meeting (CODI) in collaboration with the International Director.

Contribute to the preparation of the Export presentation for the shareholders’ quarterly meetings.

Deliver market briefing documents for HCI Top Management for their market visits.

PARTICIPATE IN BUDGET MANAGEMENT & FINANCIAL MONITORING

Support the development and assessment of specific business cases (new product listing in a market, portfolio management, etc.).

Manage the International Team’s budget, including conception, allocation across markets and projects, accruals follow‑up, quarterly reviews, and related activities.

Manage the pricing strategy for all products sold through third‑party partners.

CONTRIBUTE TO SUPPLY & OPERATION PROJECTS

Be an active member of the S&OP (Supply & Operations Planning) committee by bringing relevant insights from the market.

Lead the allocation process of HC Prestige products to PR markets.

BE AN ACTIVE TEAM PLAYER AND CONTRIBUTOR

Be the guardian of the WoW within the team and, with other departments, proactively reinforce them when needed.

Contribute to the skills development of other team members (onboarding, market insights, etc.).

Coordinate the International Team’s annual agenda including the planning and management of key forums and events.

Qualifications

• You have a Master’s degree from a Business School or University (ideally specialized in Marketing or Finance)

You are fluent in English, Spanish and French

• Minimum 1 year of business analysis and/or strategic planning experience, ideally within FMCG or the Alcoholic Beverages industry

• Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage all kinds of audiences

• International mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures

• Entrepreneurial drive with a strong capacity and willingness to work autonomously

• Organized, rigorous, able to manage priorities, pragmatic and persevering

• Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI & Nielsen is a plus

Minimum 3 years driving licence required
