About The Role

We\'re looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team and help transform YouTube content into engaging, high-quality videos for Facebook and Snapchat. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, creating catchy intros, and making content accessible and easy to consume for all audiences.

What You\'ll Do

• Edit and transform YouTube content into engaging, high-quality videos tailored for Facebook and Snapchat
• Craft compelling intros and structure videos to maximize audience retention and engagement. Ensure content is accessible, easy to follow, and appealing to a broad audience
• Collaborate with content leads to refine storylines and optimize videos for each platform
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency

What We\'re Looking For

• Deep understanding of social media video formats and best practices
• 3+ years of experience editing videos for Facebook and Snapchat
• Expert-level knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with MrBeast content, short-form trends, and viral social storytelling
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to feedback
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
