LEGO Lille store in France is seeking enthusiastic sales advisors to join our team. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and present a friendly, engaging service aligned with LEGO Brand Retail standards.

Applicants should have retail experience, be flexible with weekend hours, and enjoy working with families and children. English skills are welcomed to help an international guest base.

Qualifications

• Versatility, availability, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique experience to all visitors with personalized, friendly service.
• Manage play areas, guide customers with product knowledge.
• Advise and sell based on listening to and understanding customer needs.
• Handle transactions according to current procedures and standards.
• Foster loyalty through the loyalty program and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising and stock reception and organization.
• Participate in additional duties as required by store leadership.
