Our Volkswagen dealership in Saint-Etienne is seeking a Vendeur VN. You will be at the heart of the dealership's commercial service and will handle the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and expectations
• Manage teleprospecting and leads received via the internet
• Present selected models to the customer (features, price, delivery times, financing, etc.)
• Provide a global proposal, manage vehicle test drives, and close the sale
• Handle administrative tasks, post-sale follow-up, and loyalty actions
• Organize and participate in commercial events
• Represent and embody the image and values of the group

Qualifications
