Rely is seeking a CDI Vehicle Dynamics, Stability & T1 Operational Envelope Lead, to define deterministic stability rules and self-preservation envelopes for the UGV. You will write ODDs, set vehicle-envelope limits, and determine how to accept, limit, degrade or reject remote- and onboard commands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vehicle dynamics, chassis control, stability systems, off-road mobility, robotics platforms or safety-relevant deterministic control.

Responsabilités

• Define deterministic T1 ODDs and vehicle-envelope limits (speed, steering, slope, grip) for UGV.
• Specify rules for accepting, limiting or rejecting commands from remote controllers and onboard apps.
• Define and specify stability sensors (IMU, inclinometer, wheel speeds, accelerations, temperatures).
• Build simple verifiable models of stability, rollover prevention, load transfer and mechanical preservation.
• Collaborate with the T1 command-gate architect to integrate envelope limits into command authorisation.
• Produce HIL and field validation scenarios associated with T1 ODDs.
