CO2 AI in Paris seeks a Value Consultant to translate sustainability ambitions into measurable business value for major clients. You will guide onboarding, orchestrate collaboration across solution architects, product, and engineering, and ensure clients unlock CO2 AI's full potential.

You will own a small portfolio of strategic accounts, engaging with C-suite and sustainability teams to drive decarbonization value and ROI through the platform and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management or sustainability consulting.
• Experience on large scale transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Comfort with AI and automated workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

ABOUT CO2 AI

CO2 AI helps some of the world's largest companies understand and cut their environmental footprint. We deliver that value in two ways: through our platform, which runs product level carbon footprints at scale and models decarbonisation levers, and through the AI use cases we deliver alongside it. What our clients are after is not a dashboard, it is outcomes: decisions taken, levers activated, emissions actually coming down.

As a Value Consultant at CO2 AI, you will partner with leading organizations to translate their sustainability ambitions into measurable business value.

Leveraging CO2 AI's platform, you will guide clients in operationalizing their sustainability strategies, ensuring they achieve tangible outcomes and ROI. From the moment a customer joins our platform, you will be their trusted advisor guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience, orchestrating collaboration across our expert teams (solution architects, product managers, support engineers, and back office teams), and ensuring they unlock the full potential of CO2 AI.

You will own a small portfolio of large, strategic accounts. Low volume, high stakes: these are some of the biggest companies in the world, and what you do lands at the top of their sustainability agenda.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to turn their sustainability ambitions into actionable strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact

Value Realization: Leverage the CO2 AI platform to surface decarbonization opportunities, quantify their business value, and rally stakeholders to act

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted‑advisor relationships across the C‑suite, sustainability, procurement, and R&D, guiding clients through their transformation

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with professional services, solutions architects, product, sales, and engineering to onboard clients and build robust data pipelines and integrations

AI Use Cases: Depending on your background, you may also deliver AI use cases to clients alongside the platform, putting AI to work inside their sustainability function and going beyond what the product does on its own

Working with AI: Use AI as a normal part of how you work. On the data side, to get your arms around messy client datasets fast, not necessarily to solve everything yourself, but to know what you are looking at and what to ask for. On the delivery side, to automate the repetitive parts of onboarding, quality checks and recurring reporting, so your time goes to the client rather than the plumbing

Pre‑Sales Advisory: Demonstrate platform value to prospects through tailored demos and compelling business cases that quantify ROI and win internal buy‑in

Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry, regulatory, and best‑practice trends, positioning CO2 AI as the category leader internally and externally

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, sustainability consulting, or a related field.
• Experience on large scale transformation projects, and the judgement that comes from having seen one up close.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Very comfortable with AI. Not only for drafting: someone who uses it to get their arms around complex data problems, and to automate the repetitive parts of their own work. We are an AI company and we expect our consultants to work like one.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental challenges and solutions.
• Familiarity with carbon accounting, GHG emissions, and sustainability reporting standards is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus.

WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED

Role based in central Paris. Office‑based during onboarding, then up to 2 remote days a week and up to 3 fully remote weeks a year.

YOUR TEAM

In this role, you will report to the Customer Director. You will work closely with the whole Value Consultant team and our sales, product and engineering teams.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

€60,000 to €100,000 total compensation, variable included, depending on your seniority and where you land on our internal grid. We will discuss this openly during the process. Plus BSPCE.
