Harmattan AI in Paris is seeking a Validation Technician to ensure our fleet of autonomous drones is airworthy, updated, and ready for deployment on short notice.

You will manage the validation lab, support engineers during field campaigns, and keep the workshop organized, safe, and fully stocked. Travel for field testing is required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or relevant experience in electronics, mechanics, or RC modeling.
• Excellent manual dexterity: soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
• Organized and safety-conscious.
• Drone piloting: Experience piloting multi-rotor UAVs; certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for field testing.

About the Role

As a Validation Technician, you are the backbone of our flight operations. You ensure that our fleet of autonomous drones is airworthy, updated, and ready for deployment at a moment's notice. You will manage the validation lab and support engineers during complex field campaigns.
