The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Zurich is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of your VIE contract to not delay your departure.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France\'s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the EUropean Economic Space. For further information (including financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that your VIE mission could potentially get postponed, depending on the evolution of the health crisis and subjects to the decision made by the Crisis and Support Centre of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (IMEAE). In addition, the selected candidate will only be paid upon confirmation from Business France and arrival in the country of assignment.

The position is based in our Zurich offices. Under the supervision of the CEO and COO, the VIE will make the link between the local team in Switzerland, and Head office in Paris on IT projects.

Your responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of IT Projects (integration-project, oneplatform, pentest-support)
  • Support the business analyst with group data requests (MIS : Dataverse) and ensure that such data can be delivered from our local system
  • Ad hoc projects / tasks (IT-cost reportings)
  • Follow-up of the IT management process in collaboration with IT department

Profil et compétences requises

You are a graduate with a Master degree from Business, Engineering School or University with a specialization in IT / Project Management. A previous experience in IT Project or digital transformation projects is a plus. Good general data-base know-how and ability to get quickly familiarized with our many specific business data. Very good excel know-how (queries, conditional filtering, etc...), Power Query or power bi is very welcomed. Transforming unstructured data / information in power point presentations. Good analytical skills / holistic view approach. Fluent in German. Strong organizational skills, personal responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
