Base360.ai, born from The Flex, seeks a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will design dashboards for reservations, properties, guest communications, and finance, while shaping onboarding, booking journeys and the design system.

You’ll work directly with the founders and engineers to craft AI-enabled interactions, reusable components and marketing assets that clearly communicate product value to operators and guests.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing UX thinking and high-quality visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or apps with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgment in typography, spacing, hierarchy and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding what users need.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and shipping designs to production.

Responsabilités

• Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand how they work and where they struggle.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs account for data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and improve experiences after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
• Take initiative to identify problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion.
