Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer who wants to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineers to design products that solve real problems for property managers, operational teams and guests.

From dashboards to onboarding, AI interactions and bookings, you’ll own design from problem definition to prototypes and production.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills with auto layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent typography, spacing and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• Clear communication and ability to explain decisions and respond to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Own design from research through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Interview operators to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early and iterate after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining design quality.
• Take initiative to identify problems and drive solutions to completion.
