Job summary

Betclic Group is offering a 6-month paid internship in Bordeaux as a User Research Assistant. You will join a research team of 7 professionals focused on designing the best possible user experience by understanding user behavior, motivations, and needs.

The role covers sports betting, horse racing, poker, and casino domains. Youll apply methods such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and learn to present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing higher education in UX Research, Ergonomics, Research Psychology or related field including UX research modules.
• Strong interest in sports and/or mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Apply user research methodologies (interviews, focus groups, surveys) to analyze user needs.
• Contribute to the analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Learn to present user research findings to stakeholders.
• Discover how to use AI within user research.
