Outsight is seeking a Unity Software Engineer to help shape the future of LiDAR-based 3D simulations. You will design, develop, and refine features within our Unity-based platform, collaborating with designers, 3D artists, and engineers to create scalable, high-performance solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of Unity experience, strong C# skills, and a solid understanding of OO programming, design patterns, and UI development in Unity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4–5 years of professional Unity experience on 3D simulations or games.
• Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with UI development in Unity (UI Toolkit / UXML / USS).
• Knowledge of Unity AI Navigation System.
• Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Problem-solving mindset with performance and memory optimization.
• System and architecture design experience.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity apps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tech.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the functional and technical evolutions of the simulator.
• Synchronize with different teams including R&D, 3D artists and engineers.
• Prioritize and schedule the releases of bug fixes and features.
• Optimize the performance of our simulator with Unity’s profiler tools.
• Design and restructure the code base.
• Develop dynamic simulation tools for model training and live demos.
• Continue the development of a realistic crowd simulation to navigate 3D environments.
