archgroup is seeking an administrative and technical support professional to assist the underwriting team in daily operations. You will help maintain files and ensure accurate processing and recording of business accounts in our IT and admin systems.

You'll also support risk research, broker meetings, country overview reports, and provide updates to underwriters as needed, working closely with the team to uphold processing standards.

• Maintains files and processes/records business accounts accurately and in a timely manner on the company IT and admin systems.
• Assists with day-to-day ad hoc tasks (risk research, broker meetings, country overviews, and updates to underwriters).

• Provide administrative and technical support to the underwriting team as required.
• Administrative and technical support includes maintenance of files and the processing, recording of business accounts accurately and in a timely manner on the Company’s IT and administrative systems in accordance with processing standards and procedures.
• Assist the team in day-to-day ad hoc tasks when required (risk research, broker meetings, country overview reports, and providing updates to underwriters).
