CNRS’s Laboratoire Lasers, Plasmas et Procédés Photoniques (LP3) seeks a motivated researcher to work on ultrafast laser-induced amorphization and laser-writing techniques in silicon within the ANR Lamorsim project. You will develop experimental configurations, perform pump–probe reflectivity measurements, and explore micrometer-scale amorphous volumes for microelectronics and photonics applications.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in process engineering and shaping of ultrafast beams (beam transport and manipulation, synchronization, motion control, scanner operation).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct experimental analysis and/or modeling of laser–matter interactions and material responses.
• Optimize laser writing process performance and demonstrate technological applications.
• Contribute to new interaction strategies and diagnostics and publish papers from project data.
