Opal is seeking an UGC Creator Manager to lead the paid-performance content engine. You will source and manage a network of creators across TikTok, Instagram, and marketplaces, while coordinating concept and strategy with Elise and campaign optimization with Yunshu.

This hybrid Paris role offers remote options and a fast-growing platform. You will own end-to-end creator operations, test platforms, negotiate rates, and push the velocity of creative volume to accelerate CAC efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with UGC creators, influencer campaigns, or content production for apps or games.
• English proficiency with a real feel for the tone and cultural references of social platforms.
• Self-driven: you don’t need to be micromanaged. You find creators, test platforms, and improve the system yourself.
• Digital native's instincts: you live on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, you know a good hook on sight, and you spot trends before they peak.
• Serious organization paired with people skills: you run 30+ creators in parallel without dropping balls.

Responsabilités

• Build and run a high-volume creator network across TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketplaces.
• Orchestrate production at scale with sharp briefs linked to personas and markets.
• Close the performance feedback loop by sharing results and incentivizing iteration.
• Think across the funnel to improve path from ad to install and subscriptions in new markets.
• Own the budget and systems, tracking spend per creator and streamlining processes.
