Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Turkish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will review Turkish user content, enforce community guidelines, and help protect the safety of a leading social media platform.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by reviewing and moderating Turkish user-generated content.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and safety policies.
• Identify trends, patterns, and risks in social media interactions to support platform quality.
• Provide high-quality linguistic feedback to enhance automated moderation tools.
• Engage with internal teams to resolve complex content escalations.
• Participate in regular workshops focused on wellness and best practices for content moderation.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency to meet KPIs.
