Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Bulgaria. You will review and moderate user-generated content on social platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and safe user experience.

Fluency in French, EU passport, and interest in social media required. Relocation support provided; benefits include health insurance, training and a monthly bonus. Prior moderation or customer support experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and moderate content submitted to social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify, flag, and escalate sensitive or restricted content to maintain a safe digital ecosystem.
• Contribute to the improvement of content moderation policies within the fast-paced social media industry.
• Analyze trends in user-generated data to assist in the refinement of automated detection tools.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while managing large volumes of content daily.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure a consistent user experience across different linguistic markets.
