amo seeks a bold Content Specialist to own the Turkish market for Bump in Paris. You will lead all Turkish content and creator efforts, crafting TikTok, Reels, and UGC ads that resonate with Turkish audiences.

You’ll build a creator pipeline, run influencer campaigns with top Turkish creators, and align with paid media for strong performance. You’ll test trends and shape Bump’s creative direction from Paris, with fast iteration and energetic collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content (brand/agency/creator experience accepted).
• Experience creating ads content (UGC preferred).
• Experience managing creators or giving constructive feedback.

Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist who basically thinks in TikToks. Someone who gets fired up by great content, knows what's trending before it trends, and wants to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in Turkey (and keep it there). You'll be the person bringing internet culture from Turkey into the heart of our Paris office, creating content, leading creators, testing wild ideas, breaking things (in a good way), and helping us build Bump into a must-have app.

You are:

What You'll Do:

• Grow Bump in Turkey (yep, you'll actually own this).
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the Turkish market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people actually want to watch.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Turkish creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Turkish creators and micro-influencers.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events, and Turkey-focused activations.

Requirements:

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator, we care more about your work than your title).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Turkish creator landscape.
• Turkish language and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Turkey.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.
