amo is seeking a Content Specialist to drive growth in South Korea from our Paris office. You will create compelling content for the TikTok platform and lead efforts with creators in the region, shaping the creative direction of Bump.

The ideal candidate is Korean-speaking, deeply knowledgeable of South Korean culture, and eager to work collaboratively in a dynamic team. You will have the unique opportunity to influence one of the fastest-growing apps directly.

• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious, growth‑obsessed Content Specialist who basically thinks in TikToks. Someone who gets fired up by great content, knows what’s trending before it trends, and wants to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in South Korea (and keep it there). You’ll be the person bringing Korean internet culture into the heart of our Paris office—creating content, leading creators, testing wild ideas, breaking things (in a good way), and helping us build Bump into a must‑have app in South Korea.

You are:

• Ambitious, driven, and wildly creative.
• A natural storyteller who knows exactly why one video flops and another takes off.
• Someone who spends more time on TikTok than you’d ever admit publicly.
• Comfortable giving creators feedback that actually makes their content better.
• Deeply tuned into South Korean memes, humor, and online culture.
• Korean‑speaking and ideally someone who grew up in South Korea.
• Excited to work onsite in Paris, with a fast‑moving team.
• Scrappy, energetic, experimental, you love trying 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up, yet rigorous and detail oriented.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow Bump in South Korea (yep, you’ll actually own this).
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the South Korean market.
• Make high‑performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC‑style ads that people actually want to watch.
• Build and manage a pipeline of South Korean creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top South Korean creators and micro‑influencers.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events, and South Korean‑focused activations.

Requirements:

• 1–5+ years making short‑form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator, we care more about your work than your title).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the South Korean creator landscape.
• Korean and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in South Korea.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.
