Canada Goose is seeking a Team Lead, Trims for a 6-month contract to guide the trims development process across product categories. You will lead a small team, collaborate with Design and Sourcing, and drive calendar management, supplier meetings, and development SOPs.

You will work with cross-functional partners to align with design direction, target prices, and quality standards, while pursuing sustainable trim innovations for future use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textiles or a related field; 5–8 years in trim development preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration across functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the trims team, providing coaching and development plans.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, QA and Compliance.
• Own trims calendars, supplier meetings, and cross-functional updates.
• Negotiate trim costs to meet target margins while preserving quality.
• Maintain PLM/ERP system setup for trims development and governance.
