Responsabilités

  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, employee documentation, and contract updates.
  • Handle basic accounting administration (invoices, expenses, document preparation).
  • Coordinate with Japan headquarters using Japanese documents.
  • Serve as a communication link between French local staff and HQ.
  • Prepare and submit required internal reports.
  • Manage administrative processes such as lease car contracts.
  • Support general affairs including procurement and vendor liaison.
  • Provide occasional support to remote sales staff.
  • Collaborate with French HR specialist on local labor matters.
