BIC World invites a treasury professional to join our finance team in Île-de-France. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will manage daily cash, liquidity, and banking relationships to support our international operations.

You will drive cash flow forecasting, banking terms monitoring, and payment processes while collaborating with SSC for receivables and payables. Fluency in English is required and a fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of treasury experience, preferably international/corporate.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day balance of the Group’s bank accounts.
• Manage intra-group current accounts and cash pooling.
• Liaise daily with subsidiaries and banking institutions.
• Issue certain payment orders.
• Produce monitoring and analytical reports.
• Carry out UCITS subscription and redemption transactions.
• Ensure quality and reliability of cash flow forecasts for the managed entities.
• Monitor banking terms and conditions.
• Liaise with the shared services center for receivable/payable.
• Manage signature authorizations in the ERP with updates.
• Support implementation and optimization of cash management tools.
• Support day-to-day management operations: opening/closing accounts, payment methods, and activity reporting.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, the candidate will be responsible for:

• managing the day-to-day balance of the Group’s bank accounts,
• managing intra-group current accounts and cash pooling,
• day-to-day liaison with subsidiaries and banking institutions,
• issuing certain payment orders,
• producing monitoring and analytical reports,
• carrying out UCITS subscription and redemption transactions,
• ensuring the quality and reliability of cash flow forecasts for the managed entities,
• monitoring banking terms and conditions,
• liaising with the shared services center responsible for accounts receivable and payable,
• Banking authorizations: managing signature authorizations by keeping the dedicated ERP system up to date with all authorized signatories, with immediate updates upon any departure,
• Information systems: helps to implement and optimize cash management tools and cash flow management tools,
• more generally, provides support for all day-to-day management operations: opening and closing accounts, monitoring the distribution and proper use of payment methods, and analyzing and reporting on activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in treasury, preferably within an international or corporate environment.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is required;
