BIC World is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Shaver Category & Manufacturing to drive the financial performance of its Shaver business. You will partner with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, and R&D to deliver robust P&L analysis and strategic insights.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, standard costing and CAPEX, while leading a Finance Analyst and advancing reporting governance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering with a finance specialization.
• 6–10 years' experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.

Your Mission

As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of BIC's Shaver business. You will oversee both manufacturing controlling and category financial planning, providing strategic insights that support business growth, operational excellence and innovation. Working closely with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, R&D and senior leadership, you will be a trusted business partner, ensuring robust financial analysis and informed decision-making across the end-to-end Shaver P&L.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering with a finance specialization.
• 6–10 years' experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and manufacturing finance (standard costing, product costing, variance analysis).
• Experience in business partnering within an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
