Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Treasury Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Paris. You will drive the transformation of treasury operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation, and strengthening financial controls across global entities.

You will support day-to-day treasury operations, deepen understanding of cash management, and design automated workflows with Kyriba. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting (business school, engineering school, or university).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cash management and proven project management track record.
• Hands-on experience with Kyriba TMS and electronic banking platforms.
• Proficiency in AI tools, including crafting prompts with context, outputs and safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day treasury operations to ensure continuity.
• Understand cash management and liquidity monitoring for France and international affiliates using Kyriba TMS.
• Design automated workflows leveraging AI and Kyriba to reduce manual workload.
• Monitor and validate the effectiveness of new workflows, iterate as needed.
• Analyze cash forecasting and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose enhancements to cash forecasting methodology and potential Kyriba module rollout.
• Assess POs, invoices, and payments workflow for fraud risk exposure.
• Design controls and tracking to mitigate fraud and ensure end-to-end traceability.
