Role: Treasury & Cash Management Configuration Specialist.

The product teams focus on deploying and adopting a group Cash Management core model (Kyriba) to deliver greater efficiency for Cash & Treasury functions and improve visibility at the Group level.

Team: Treasury & Cash Management Product Team responsible for deployment, administration and adoption of Pernod Ricard Treasury & Cash Management platform (Kyriba).

What is expected of you

The responsibilities encompass ensuring the seamless integration of products into both internal and market-developed systems. This involves performing analysis, configurations, interfaces integrations, and tests to verify product quality and performance, ultimately validating deployment.

  • Product lifecycle management: Analyze requirements from new products, compare them to existing systems specifications. Deep dive on technical and functional specifications, dependencies and interactions between new product and existing systems. Configure required parameters, security settings, options functionalities & modules. Define and perform required functional, performance, security and compatibility tests. Manage interfaces integrations and integration test.
  • Incident management: Investigate incidents related to integration issues at level 2/3 and contribute to resolution. Ensure strong monitoring of incidents.
  • Product Catalog Management: Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from scope based on approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager.
  • Deployment: Participate in solutions deployment across the Group, collaborate with Tech teams, software editors and banks (data exchange and communication). Maintain and create detailed documentation and user guides.
Qualifications

What you bring

  • You have 5 - 7 years of professional experience in IT and/or finance-related IT areas.
  • You have worked on Kyriba as a configuration expert/administrator and hold a Kyriba certificate.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • Operational competencies in corporate treasury: Intermediate.
  • Skills in treasury tools (TMS, Bank communication tools, ERP): Strong.
  • IT Product Management (Agile context) - API/SFTP management: Strong.
  • Experience with cross-functional Tech teams – BI, support/AMS, solutions architects, etc.: Strong.
