A leading financial services firm is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the EMEA Treasury team. This permanent role involves daily cash management, bank administration, and collaboration on international treasury projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of French and Spanish is highly valued. A hybrid work model is offered along with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or finance, or equivalent education/experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily cash positions across European entities and assist in cash forecasting.
• Respond to day-to-day treasury-related inquiries.
• Assist with opening and closing bank accounts, including KYC documentation.
• Prepare and process wire transfers, ensuring accuracy.
• Support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting.
• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of global cash forecasts.

Treasury Analyst / Analyste en Trésorerie H/F - National Treasury Analyst H/F (Permanent Contract – France, Hybrid Work Model)

Primary purpose

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the EMEA Treasury team across a wide range of activities, from daily cash management to bank administration. You will also collaborate with global teams and contribute to international treasury projects.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions across European entities and assist in cash forecasting

• Respond to day-to-day treasury-related inquiries

• Assist with opening and closing bank accounts, including KYC documentation and signatory updates
• Prepare and process wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support month-end and quarter-end treasury reporting
• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of global cash forecasts

Additional tasks

• Liaise with and support North America and LATAM treasury teams

• Participate in global treasury initiatives and projects

• Occasional travel may be required

Required profile Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or finance, or equivalent education/experience

Objectif du poste

En tant qu’Analyste Trésorerie, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe Trésorerie EMEA. Vous interviendrez sur des missions variées allant de la gestion quotidienne de la trésorerie à l’administration bancaire, en lien avec des équipes internationales.

Missions principales

• Suivi quotidien des positions de trésorerie des entités européennes et contribution aux prévisions de trésorerie

• Réponse aux demandes opérationnelles liées à la trésorerie

• Participation à l’ouverture et à la clôture des comptes bancaires (documents KYC, mise à jour des signataires)

• Préparation et exécution des virements bancaires dans les délais impartis

• Contribution aux reportings mensuels et trimestriels de trésorerie

• Participation à la consolidation des prévisions de trésorerie globales

Missions complémentaires

• Collaboration avec les équipes Trésorerie en Amérique du Nord et en Amérique Latine

• Participation à des projets et initiatives de trésorerie à l’échelle mondiale

• Déplacements ponctuels à prévoir

Profil recherché Formation & Certification

• Bac +3 minimum en finance, comptabilité ou domaine équivalent

• La certification Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) est un atout

Expérience

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en trésorerie ou finance

Compétences

• Rigueur, sens du détail et esprit analytique

• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique et international

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en reporting

• Anglais courant requis ; la maîtrise du français et de l’espagnol est fortement appréciée
