Job summary

Talents Business is seeking a Treasury Manager – Payment Solutions & Projects in Monaco for a permanent role. You will secure, structure and develop the Group’s payment solutions across the international perimeter.

You will manage PSP relationships, oversee settlement and reconciliation flows, coordinate systems integration with ERP/TMS, and contribute to treasury transformation projects in a cross-functional, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with PSPs, payment solutions, and merchant acquiring.
• Understanding of settlement, reconciliation, and payment controls.
• Experience in systems implementation or treasury transformation projects.
• Ability to bridge Treasury, Finance and Technology.
• Analytical, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented with international communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and act as the central coordination point for all payment solution topics.
• Oversee payment and settlement flows, in collaboration with Accounting, Treasury and entities.
• Monitor provider performance: service quality, settlement timelines, costs, fees and incidents.
• Coordinate reconciliation topics related to settlements, fees, refunds and chargebacks.
• Contribute to systems integration: payment platforms, ERP, TMS, reconciliation tools and data flows.
• Participate in Treasury transformation projects: automation, standardization and digitization.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal and external partners.

Treasury Manager – Payment Solutions & Projects

Monaco | Permanent contract | €70–90K base salary + discretionary bonus of up to 20% | 1 day of remote work per week | International environment

As part of the Group Treasury team and within a 5-person department, you will take on a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of treasury, payments, systems and transformation. The objective is to secure, structure and develop the Group’s payment solutions across the international perimeter.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and act as the central coordination point for all payment solution topics. Direct operational experience in managing PSPs / payment solutions (American Express, Adyen, Flywire, PayPal or comparable players) is required: flow monitoring, settlements, performance, pricing/fees and handling operational issues
• Oversee payment and settlement flows, working closely with Accounting, Treasury and the Group’s various entities.
• Monitor provider performance: service quality, settlement timelines, costs, fees, incidents and optimization of existing setups.
• Coordinate reconciliation topics relating to settlements, fees, refunds, chargebacks and other payment-related operations.
• Contribute to systems integration: payment platforms, ERP, TMS, reconciliation tools and data flows.
• Take part in Treasury transformation projects: automation, process standardization, continuous improvement and digitization.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement teams and external partners.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Payment Services, Finance Systems, or a closely related environment.
• Hands-on experience with PSPs, payment solutions, merchant acquiring, payment platforms, or payment operations: American Express, Adyen, Flywire, PayPal
• Good understanding of settlement, reconciliation, payment controls, and financial systems integration.
• Experience in systems implementation or Finance/Treasury transformation projects.
• Ability to bridge Treasury, Finance, and Technology.
• Hands-on, analytical, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented profile.
• Very good communication skills in an international environment.
