CHANEL Paris is seeking a Forecast Manager to lead sales forecasting for the EMEA Travel Retail and EXPORT Local Markets perimeter. You will align forecasts with budgets, coordinate with European stakeholders, distributors, and internal teams, and drive data-driven insights.

You will build forecasting processes, monitor performance, and contribute to the modernization of forecasting tools, including AI-driven solutions, within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in sales forecasting, supply chain, business planning, or management control.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly forecasting process for Travel Retail and Local Markets across Europe, coordinating stakeholders and distributors.
• Ensure reliability of forecasts and alignment with budgets and business objectives.
• Govern forecasting data quality and drive continuous improvement of tools and processes, including AI-driven solutions.
