Satopia is hiring a Travel Product Coordinator to support the senior product and sales team.

Satopia Travel is a Paris‑based experiences company and cultural platform serving a global ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) community.

We design and deliver highly curated journeys, hosted experiences and cultural gatherings worldwide, often in collaboration with leading creatives, cultural figures and foundations. Alongside travel, Satopia produces Elkemist, our philanthropic and cultural gathering series.

The Travel Product Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of Satopia’s travel and event products, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and DMC communications
• Coordinate planning, procurement and execution
• Oversee budgets and operational details
• Support delivery across Europe, South America and Asia
