Transportation Civil Engineering Project Manager
Location: Perrysburg, OH (hybrid schedule). Cleveland area ideal. State of Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project tasks related to roadway design projects that incorporate multimodal facilities, traffic calming treatments, urban street design, multi‑use paths and modifications, accessibility improvements, transit network upgrades, drainage assessments and designs, public and private utility coordination, and green infrastructure elements.
- Initiate planning, execute, and monitor submission packages to clients that include bidding (cost estimates), zoning, permitting, and construction phase services documents.
- Provide technical expertise on projects from the conceptual and preliminary engineering design phase to final design and occasionally beyond final design through construction services.
- Apply Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) plan requirements and specifications to project planning.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to complete project deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers in various aspects of roadway design, utility infrastructure design and coordination, development of construction documents, and construction services.
- Develop and prepare detailed civil design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bid packages.
- Coordinate with state, city and county officials to produce cost estimates and develop the project plans.
- Work with Federal, DNR and other funding sources for project costs.
- Ensure that production of specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
- 7–8 years of experience in transportation engineering; 4–5 years of experience in project management.
- Professional Engineer License in the state of Ohio.
- Experience with developing roadway designs in accordance with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) design guidelines and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, and AutoTurn.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in the design and development of 3D roadway models, horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, superelevation, guardrail, grading, and ADA‑compliant sidewalk/curb ramps.
- Location in the state of Ohio is required; the Cleveland area of Ohio would be ideal.
