Job Title: Transport Coordinator

Duration: 1 year, renewable

Location: France

This opportunity supports transport and logistics coordination across complex project environments, with a focus on shipping documentation, customs processes, transportation execution, and material management. The role offers involvement in end-to-end transport operations, supplier and freight forwarder coordination, and the ongoing control of logistics data quality within a structured project setting.

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in transport coordination or a related engineering-focused logistics environment
• Experience in freight transportation within project environments
• Experience coordinating daily transportation activities and managing interfaces with suppliers, purchase orders, and logistics service providers
• Experience monitoring pickups, transport execution, shipping documentation, and import-related activities from start to finish

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry and its practices, including Incoterms and liner terms
• Proficiency with material management systems, including systems such as Smat
• Ability to review, prepare, and manage shipping and customs documentation in line with project procedures
• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, active listening, adaptability, and a results-focused approach
• Ability to maintain accuracy and quality in logistics data, reporting, invoicing follow-up, and supplier performance monitoring
