Groupe Partnaire recherche un(e) Responsable d'Agence Transport pour son agence de Rouen. Vous dirigerez le développement commercial, les négociations et la gestion opérationnelle, afin d'accroître le portefeuille clients et la performance de l'agence.

Le candidat idéal maîtrise le marché de l'emploi, possède une expérience dans le travail temporaire et sait fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs de croissance et de rentabilité, dans un cadre déployé sur le territoire normand.

• Bonne connaissance du marché de l'emploi.

Responsibilities

• Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale pour l'agence Transport de Rouen, en ligne avec les directives du groupe.
• Piloter et optimiser l'organisation du travail, encadrer l'équipe et veiller à la rentabilité de l'agence.
• Développer la stratégie de sourcing et les partenariats avec les acteurs du travail temporaire.

Responsibilities

• Business development: defining and implementing a sales strategy, leading negotiations in accordance with group guidelines, developing the agency's client portfolio, proactive placements, and high-value-added services
• Steering and management: steering and optimizing the agency's work organization while respecting the group's organization, managing and supporting the team's skills development, optimizing the agency's profitability (monitoring regulations)
• Recruitment: Develop the sourcing strategy and partnership with employment stakeholders, carry out job visits, conduct interviews and monitor applications

Profile

As a business developer, unifier, and manager, you will be required to work independently without the direct presence of your manager. Your rigor and customer service skills will be essential to manage the agency's organization, develop a sales strategy, and optimize its profitability. You have a very good knowledge of the employment market. Experience in the temporary work sector is essential.

Remuneration

• Remuneration: Fixed base salary + variable bonus - €30-40K gross annual salary
