Job summary

Worldline is undergoing a major transformation and is strengthening its Group Transformation and Performance Office to accelerate strategic change. We are seeking Transformation Project Managers to lead critical programs that drive operational excellence and business performance.

This role offers high visibility and close collaboration with senior management, providing an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Worldline's turnaround journey.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Agile, PMP, and Prince2 methodologies.
• English proficiency; additional language is a plus.
• Certification in project or change management is advantageous.

The opportunity

Worldline is undergoing a deep organizational transformation and is reinforcing its Group Transformation and Performance Office to accelerate strategic change. We are looking for Transformation Project Managers to manage critical projects that drive operational excellence and business performance. This role offers high visibility and close collaboration with senior management, making it an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Worldline’s turnaround journey.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Project Delivery

Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align projects with strategic priorities. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.

Methodology & Governance

Apply best practices in project and change management. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for governance purposes.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance business performance. Support adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working.

Who Are We Looking For

• Some years' experience in project management or business transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including exposure to senior management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2).
• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of any other language would be a great plus.
• Experience in customer excellence, sales excellence, or risk management is a plus.
• Certification in project or change management would be a great asset.
