CMA Rhône is seeking a proactive sales and marketing assistant to promote training programs and support potential and current participants in Lyon. You will handle inquiries, registrations, and CRM records, while coordinating outreach through multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have a Bac+2/3 in management or sales, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments. Autonomy, responsiveness, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+2/3 in management and/or sales.
• Demonstrate autonomy, responsiveness, rigor, and the ability to synthesize information.
• Ability to adapt and work cross-functionally with different departments.
• Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the artisan/craft sector and CMA network is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Market and sell CMA Rhône's training programs to the public.
• Welcome, inform, and advise members about CMA training programs.
• Handle incoming calls and pre-registration requests via the website.
• Market CMA's training offer through outbound calls, email campaigns, events, and visits.
• Record and monitor commercial activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in business prospecting through field visits and calls.
• Assist in sourcing candidates for qualifying training programs.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for training (10%).
• Set up and administratively manage training activities: registrations, etc.
