You’ll specifically take care of planning and piloting RAMS activities for projects and programs, but also assessing and demonstrating the safety and reliability of Alstom products in line with global standards.

  • Planning and leading the RAMS activities and deliverables for assigned projects/programs in compliance with applicable instructions, processes, and customer requirements.

  • Evaluating RAMS activities during the tender phase to assess product capability and associated risks, and to estimate required budgets.

  • Ensuring the adequacy of RAMS deliverables and fostering their acceptance by customers and independent parties (e.g., ISA, NoBo, DeBo).

  • Assessing and demonstrating the achieved safety level of Alstom products and ensuring compliance with Alstom’s Safety policies and instructions.

  • Continuously evaluating product reliability performance and implementing necessary actions to mitigate risks.

  • Defining and transferring safety requirements to manage railway safety risks and ensuring their closure.

  • Providing support to stakeholders in defining and implementing measures to meet safety and reliability objectives.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for RAMS matters and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Performing safety and reliability design reviews as per project/program schedules.

  • Supporting the issuance of Safety Authorizations by providing necessary inputs.

  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to meet project milestones and quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.
