A financial institution for digital assets in Paris seeks bright, young talent for an Early Talent Program. For this role, we are actively looking for bright, young talent who are enthusiastic about learning and developing their trading skills. This opportunity in a fast‑paced environment, where there is a strong emphasis on in‑depth research and the generation of alpha. Successful candidates will be immersed in a challenging yet rewarding atmosphere, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to innovative trading strategies.

Role and responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to the trading activities.
• Develop and improve trading strategies on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Generate post‑trade analysis reports.
• Assist traders in their day‑to‑day crypto operations

Background and experience

• Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Strong coding skills.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Conditions to participate in the Early Talent Program

• Start Date, starting from Mars 2026
• What would be the Internship duration ? 6 months (5 days in a week, full time, on‑site)
• Who is eligible ? Final‑year students or recent graduates
