Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a team member to deliver outstanding customer service across all customer touchpoints. You will help drive branch sales through proactive communication and a well-maintained quote bank, while identifying opportunities for larger projects to maximise margin.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers
• Managing customer communications to drive branch sales
• Maintaining a working and effective quote bank
• Exploring all sales opportunities and large-scale projects to maximise sales and margin
• The working hours for this role are 37.5 per week.
