Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Tourism & Operations Intern for our Paris CDG depot. You will welcome guests, set them up for their road trips, and help ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in hospitality or related fields, fluent in English, with a valid driver’s license. The internship offers hands-on experience in guest relations, operations, and logistics in a fast-paced travel platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Work permit (if applicable) and valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in hospitality, tourism and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Front-office: guest check-in/check-out, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities and upsell extras.
• Back-office: coordinate reservations with available campervans, prepare campers and road-trip kits, and ensure stock availability.
• Quality control: maintain campervans and identify maintenance needs.
• Support: assist team with fleet coordination and logistics.
