Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Lab Test Means Integration Engineer to join the Flight and Integration Test Centre. You will lead hardware and software testing and deployment for avionics test rigs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lab test means or instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical test interfaces.
• Experience with avionics protocols: A429, AFDX, CAN.
• Foundational IT skills and basic programming.
• Proficient English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and document hardware/software testing and deployment activities for components.
• Define technical deliverables and manage purchase orders for subcontracted test and deployment activities.
• Update the test matrix and proactively elevate associated project risks and opportunities.
• Perform defect analysis, test bug fixes, and suggest improvements for the integration test bench.
• Harmonize test procedures and ways of working with test facilities in Filton, Hamburg, and Bremen.
