Airbus is seeking an Avionics Test Leader to join the Flight & Integration Test Centre in Toulouse, France. You will lead testing of embedded avionics systems, IMA modules, and ADCN/AFDX networks across Airbus programs, shaping testing strategies for next-generation aircraft architectures.

The role requires an engineering degree in avionics or IT/network, strong teamwork, and fluency in English and French. Permanent, on-site position in Toulouse with competitive rewards and development

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in embedded avionics systems and/or IT/network.
• Experience in aeronautics, avionics systems testing and/or on-board data communication networks is a key differentiator.
• Proficient English and French.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Avionics systems knowledge from previous experience is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the IMA/AFDX testing strategy and design partly automated test procedures.
• Execute test campaigns in integration laboratories and analyze results.
• Manage subcontracted test activities and monitor supplier tests.
• Correlate log data with operational parameters to improve anomaly detection.
• Define innovative testing methods for future avionics architectures.
