The SGH Medical Pharma Group seeks a Tool Maintenance Technician in Saint-Marcellin (38) to keep injection molds in top condition. You will prepare tooling for production, document actions in Cyclades, and participate in mold version changes.

You should have a vocational diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent, know injection molding tools, and be comfortable reading technical drawings; experience in tool fitting and grinding is a plus. Join a team focused on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering and plastic injection molding tools.
• Experience in tool fitting and grinding preferred.
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and the ability to read technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the tooling for production (clean the molds according to the production schedule).
• Record the actions performed in the production monitoring system (Cyclades).
• Change the mold version.
• Participate in mold qualification (QI) phases.

Your missions

You are responsible for ensuring that the injection molds remain in good working order. In this role, you will:

• Prepare the tooling for production (clean the molds according to the production schedule)

• Participate in mold repairs
