Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager (Czech & Hungary) to launch, grow, and scale our TikTok Shop presence in the region. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and operational optimization.

The role requires e-commerce and social commerce expertise, strong analytics, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. This hybrid position offers opportunities across DTC, marketing, and global TikTok teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Czech & Hungary: targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja's goals.
• Commercial leadership: manage P&L for TikTok Shop Czech & Hungary, delivering sales and profitability targets.
• Content & creator partnerships: build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates.
• Campaign execution: develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns with data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions & pricing: plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams.
• Data & reporting: monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and report performance to leadership.
• Market insights: stay on top of trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.

Role Overview

The TikTok Shop Manager (Czech & Hungary) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling SharkNinja's TikTok Shop business in the Czech & Hungary region. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands-on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Czech & Hungary: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja's broader D2C/E-commerce goals.
• Commercial leadership: Manage P&L for TikTok Shop Czech & Hungary, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Market insights: Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
