OL Lyonnes is seeking a Ticketing Manager to structure and accelerate its ticketing performance at Groupama Stadium. The role blends strategic vision, commercial management, and data-driven insights to optimize occupancy and revenue while enhancing the fan experience.

You will work with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and collaborate across marketing, CRM, data, and operations to deliver concrete growth initiatives. All positions are open to people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ticketing or related roles within a professional club or similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the ticketing strategy and revenue for matches, subscriptions, and packaged offers.
• Develop pricing, yield management and loyalty policies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Automate dashboards and collaborate with Data Analyst to improve management data reliability.
• Coordinate ticketing topics with marketing, CRM, data, customer service, hospitality, stadium operations and finance teams.
• Supervise the ticketing system on match days.
