About the Role
As Responsable / Superviseur du Laboratoire de Production, you will organize, coordinate and monitor production laboratory activities including testing, integration, preparation, calibration and conformity control. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment quality, traceability, on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is suited to a rigorous, hands‑on technical leader with experience coordinating laboratory or production test activities involving RF components and technical equipment.

- Lead the daily organization and task allocation of the production laboratory team, ensuring priorities are aligned with the production schedule.
- Manage testing, integration, preparation and calibration activities for equipment including enclosures, antennas, dosimeters and laboratory devices.
- Ensure equipment conformity before integration, delivery or customer return by applying defined control, validation and compliance procedures.
- Oversee testing and tracking of critical components, including RF components, amplifiers and couplers, to reduce integration or preparation errors.
- Drive accurate traceability of tests, controls, calibrations, validations and conformity certificates.
- Collaborate with production, quality, methods, technical, logistics and sales administration teams to follow orders, customer returns and blocking points.
- Optimize laboratory organization, documentation and follow‑up processes to improve operational performance and reliability.
- Proven experience in production, laboratory testing, integration, calibration or conformity control activities.
- Strong ability to coordinate a team, manage daily priorities and follow several technical activities in parallel.
- Knowledge of control, validation, compliance and traceability procedures in a production or laboratory environment.
- Technical knowledge of antennas, dosimeters, enclosures, laboratory devices and related test activities.
- Familiarity with RF components, amplifiers, couplers and critical component identification, referencing and follow‑up.
- Ability to identify defects, anomalies and non‑conformities and elevate or propose corrective actions.
- Ability to draft conformity certificates and complete technical documentation accurately and reliably.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high‑tech environment related to antenna measurement, RF, EMC or similar instrumentation sectors.
- Strong continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to improve laboratory workflows, tracking documents and procedures.
- Clear communication skills for working with production management and crossfunctional teams.
- Customer-return or calibration/étalonnage experience for technical equipment.
