Jobtailor in Nantes is seeking an experienced Test Manager to define project test strategies and lead testing across multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will manage a team of testers, drive improvements in testing processes, and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, traveling to client sites 2–3 times per week as needed.

• Proven initial experience as a Test Manager.
• Professional English (B2) for international communication and documentation.
• Driver's license (Category B) for travel to client sites (2–3 times per week).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to run meetings and explain technical decisions.
