Job summary

Teledyne e2v Semiconductors SAS, based near Grenoble, seeks a seasoned leader to drive the development, industrialisation and test/burn-in support of our semiconductor equipment and processes. You will manage transfers to production and coach teams across functions, ensuring strong collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects and Quality.

You are a proven leader with deep technical test expertise and a track record of delivering complex projects in international settings.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with strategic vision.
• Expertise in electrical testing and burn-in.
• Experience in industrialisation and production transfers.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, industrialisation and test/ burn-in support for equipment and processes.
• Oversee transfers to production and operator training regarding manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management (AMDEC) and audits to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects and Quality for project success.
