The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) is inviting applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position.
Start date: September 1, 2026.
TSE is part of the Toulouse Capitole University campus. Located in the heart of the city of Toulouse, it welcomes around 2,500 students and more than 150 faculty members in the fields of economics, mathematics and statistics, and quantitative social sciences.

We are seeking to hire a researcher with expertise in mathematical, statistical, or computational foundations of AI, with an interest in applications to economics and social sciences.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or expect to complete one by June 30, 2026, and demonstrate outstanding research potential and achievement, as well as excellent teaching abilities.
